George's Story
After graduating in '75, attended Beloit College in Wisconsin on the five-year plan, graduating in '80 with an interesting but impractical sociology major.
Immediately returned to Bloomington and began accelerated program at IU Law School, finishing 12/82.
Lawyered in Peoria, IL '83-'85, where I met my wife, Mary. We were married in 12/85 and moved to St. Louis, where we have lived ever since in an older, very cool suburb, University City.

ehow, despite my complete lack of ability, I managed to create and raise kids who are all good athletes (swimming, soccer, and baseball).
Have worked with same small law firm since '85, now as managing partner. We represent businesses in labor and employment law matters.
I'm quite active and visible on the Internet, most notably as an early legal and employment blogger at George's Employment Blawg.
