George's Story
Married my high school sweetheart Lynette Jarvis in 1969, we will celebrate 39 years together this August. Five kids - 34 to 12 years old, now 5 grandchildren.
My younger two, Jessica and Tim are adopted, from Peru and Russia respectively. The trips to these countries to get them were some of the greatest adventures of my life, as were the short-term mission trips I've taken to Peru, Haiti and Dominican Republic.

Research, Inc. - for the last 20 years. While all my extended family still lives in Michigan, we have lived in North Carolina for the past 24 years. Our family is quite active in our church, Providence Baptist Church.
My hobbies are hockey (watching not playing), and I play around with the guitar - take lessons with my 12 year old son. We do some boating, occasional horseback riding, and like to go to the beach. We have a place on Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
We are big fans of the Carolina Hurricanes and still love the Tigers.
