George's Story
Life
Date = 2007 -- Written and submitted, without my knowledge, by my loving wife of 38 years, Joy:
Drafted in 1966 and ended up making the Army my career by becoming an officer/pilot and flying helicopters.
Married Joy Larkin in 1969. Step father to Steven born in 1965. Viet Nam in 1969. Dad in 1971 to Shannon Lee.
Retired in the Phoenix area of Arizona.

ave 4 grandchildren. Hannah, age 8 and Zane, age 5 by our daughter, Shannon, 36. And Patrick, age 6 and Ellen, age 3 by Joy's son, Steve, 42.
George and Joy love being grandparents and are quite good at it. They are so much fun!
We also love to travel and will probably get to do even more now that the grandkids are getting older and will need us less.
Life has been good.
