George Rose  Principal, Land Design Financials, LLC
Mr. Rose is a dynamic finance manager with over 13 years of expertise in financial transaction, cash flow, product and business management. He started his firm to provide financial (cash flow) modeling services to real estate developers, builders, investors and lenders. Mr. Rose also offers extended services to clients to lead business plan development and preparation including executive summaries. He provides front and back office management and prepares development costs, budgets, pro forma income statements, financing alternatives, and fiscal analysis. se served as a manager at Fannie Mae where his team was responsible for the disclosure on all single-family mortgage-backed securities. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Rose served as a vice president at JPMorgan Chase Bank where he helped managed a large team responsible for the day-to-day operations for over $600 billion in Ginnie Mae mortgage-backed securities outstanding and processes over $10 billion a month in security holder payments. His primary responsibility was to manage the issuance, transaction information and monthly reporting on over $200 billion in Ginnie Mae structured mortgage products that were growing at a rate of $3 billion per month. Mr. Rose received a dual concentration MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School and Mr. Rose received his B.A. from Wake Forest University.
