George's Story
No one who knew me in college would have dreamed I was quiet and shy in High School, nor could those who knew the former me have imagined how I changed. But change I did. Graduated, got married (I'd rather not go there, thank you very much!), had two beautiful kids (son 16, daughter 13), and was happily divorced in 2003.
Then one day I went to a dance lesson with a girl I was casually seeing, and there met the woman of my dreams while learning "the dance of love" -- the Tango! I've been with her, and now her daughter, ever since. Sadly, I see less and less of my own kids, now down to ...Expand for more
not seeing or talking to them at all. It's a convoluted story, which I prefer not to talk about, but pray that it will be resolved in time. I thank God daily that I have the found love of a sweet, caring, beautiful woman, whith whom I may spend the rest of my life. We are enagaged and planning our June 2009 wedding.
And yes, I'm still working with computers.
I fix them, build them, upgrade them, make web pages, write software, and teach people how to use them. I even taught the VP of Microsoft how to use his own product (Access). Really. I swear!
Anyone surprised? I didn't think so.
