Hmmmm.....
Well, after high school, I spent some time as a nanny and worked a little while in an office. Being a nanny made me realize that I didn't want kids right away and being in an office made me realize that I didn't like being in an office.
I spent 10 years in retail management (County Seat, PetCare Superstores, Musicland/Sam Goody and Dick's Sporting Goods).
I married Michael Emerson in March '97, and started working at a credit union in April '97. I absolutely loved that job. We had a baby (Lucas) in April '98 and I continued to work at the credit union until April '99.
Since then I've been a stay at home mom and have loved every minute of it.

e stayed in the Wayne County area (Westland, Livonia, Garden City) until July 2006. That's when we moved to Tennessee. It's a completely different way of life down here--some of it good, some of it not so much. We definitely experienced a lot of culture shock!
Before I go for now, I would like to thank Kevin McKay and everyone else who worked on the 20th reunion. I'm sure it was a lot of hard work. I was only able to attend the school tour, which was really cool. It was nice to see WMHS still going strong. Although it did feel a little weird being back after 20 years!
