Gerald's Story
I always envied a lot of you jocks in after school sports. My persoanal home situation prevented me from ever participating, but you guys were fun to watch compete on Friday night football.
After High School I spent a couple of years at Valley Jr College like most of you. I got diverted from my studies by a love affair with a French girl here on visa. Too many cultural problems with her family prevented marriage.
I went after a career in aviation - Became A licensed pilot but was just in time for the oil embargo that helped bring the industry to it's knee...Expand for more

I fell into counseling through my Church, and went back to school and did Counseling for a number of years for youth and adults before moving to Arizona in 1995 after that Northridge earthquake.
My first stop in Arizona was Payson - I met my wife Sharon. Became a step father of two and a grandfather to three children.
15 years later and a few tribulations we are still going strong. Life is good. Hope the same is true for all my old classmates.
Hope some of you folks post a short story on your own lives - Would be fun.
