Life Our family lived on the Big Island of Hawaii for over 20 years in the town of Kailua Kona. My husband Gideon was a carpenter and astronomer. And I worked for Encore Talent as a ventriloquist, doing hotel conventions and baby luaus. We did short terms mission trips to Israel, China, and the Phillipines.All 5 of our children left the Island, and moved to the mainland, Florida, and Colorado. So almost 6 years ago we joined them here in Florida. We sold our big home in Hawaii that Gideon built, moved to Florida, he retired, and I have become a Biblical Historian, no longer a youth pastor , because we travel frequently. We have a small home in Maggie Valley North Carolina, where we go in the summer. Living a very exciting life , and traveled most of the world preaching the Gospel in and out of missions. We celebrated our 42ond .wedding anniversary in March. Will go back to Israel next year , Lord willing. Bu,t as we used to say in Hawaii,. Aloha , God loves you. College After raising 5 children, and being married to the same man for over 37 yrs., I went to Bible school, and got my ministers certification. Gee, I haven't written on this page for a while. Gideon and I have been married 44 years now. We bought a 160 year old house in Maine, and my hubby and our son have renovated it, and it's going to be beautiful. So this will be our summer home, and our get away from Hot Florida. We just got back from England, from Gideons niece's wedding. I will post photos. Today is our 44th Wedding Anniversary !!!! We are in North Carolina and spending the night at the beautiful Biltmore Hotel. God is Good ! Thank you my Lord and Messiah. I just turned 65 on January 3, and my husband Gideon gave me a surprise birthday party. What a great guy. our 45th wedding anniversary is coming up. e moved to Vero Beach Florida on the ocean, and summer in Maine. It seems all we do is travel and move. Oiy Vay! Married going on 46 years now. Our home in Maine is finished, but it's getting cold now , and we're leaving to go back to Florida Nov. 1st. Next week.. Here we go again , starting to pack again , and off to Bucksport Maine, our summer home . Love Maine, our only son Gideon lives there. Our other four children and grandchildren live in Orlando, Disney Celebration , Denver , and Tennessee . I'll try to post new photos. Today is Resurrection Sunday ( or some people call it Easter , which I don't) The Jewish festival is called The Feast Of First Fruits. Which is the day that My Lord , Savior and Messiah rose from the dead. HE IS RISEN!!!!!!! It's also our 46 th Anniversary. Oy! 46 years. God is Good! In two weeks we go to our home in Maine until November. Shalom So now we're in Maine , Gideon finished our home here.our home was built in 1842, and was in poor shape , but we worked on it for 4 years and its beautiful , I'll post photos. I like Maine more than Florida . It hot everywhere else , but it was 65 today going down to 57.tonight. Oy! Strange weather. shalom , peace . Summer is gone , and the fall is upon us.
