Gilbert's Story
I attended the University of Texas at Austin right after high school and graduated in December 1973 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. I then attended Harvard Law School and graduated in June 1977. I went to work for a major law firm in Dallas in June of 1977.

n 1993 to open restaurants in both Dallas airports, DFW and Love Field. I have been very fortunate to be the largest food and beverage operator in both airports since 1995. I also established a Whataburger unit in IAH's Terminal B south in 2013.
I have one child, a daughter that turned 16 this past summer.
I have been residing in Dallas since June 0f 1977.
