In high school I went by the name of "Eddie" because I was babtised as "Eduardo" which translates into Edward from which my family called me in Spanish, "Lalo". From this I translated my name to "Eddie". For high school graduation diploma, I needed to have my legal name as well as for college. My legal name with which I am registered is "Gildardo" and that is why I now go by the short version of "Gil". I hope this helps those of you that may remember me. After graduating from high school in 1969, I attended Sonoma State University where I got my BA in Spanish, a Masters in Counseling and a Masters in School Administration. I was a flight attendant for TWA in 1973 and attended the Universidad de Madrid in Spain for my university Junior Year Abroad.
