Gillian's Story
After graduating from Penn State, where I met my husband Tom Powell, we moved to NYC. My first job was doing the payroll for several soap operas, including "As the World Turns", "Guiding Light" and "Another World". It was a blast working and partying with the actors and writers, and basically watching TV for a living! We moved back to Pennsylvania where I continued to work in payroll for Urban Outfitters/Anthropologie and Rosenbluth International. arters for North America. Although I started in payroll, I've worked in supply chain management for the last 9 years. This job allows me the opportunity to travel internationally and work globally with many interesting people. Photography is my favorite hobby, and although my usual subjects are our nieces and nephews, I recently shot my first wedding. We currently live in Worcester with our two dogs and a cat. Tom has a stained glass business and when we get the time, we travel to visit our family and friends.
