Hello to all my Math Lab aide coworkers, friends, acquaintances, and former Field School & SJH classmates! I didn't go to college right after HS, but eventually found my path and became the first in my family to go to college, I worked full-time and graduated from Iowa State (go 'Clones!), via COD, with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, I didn't become an architect, but still love architecture (and finally made it to FLW's Fallingwater) and I never got to work for NASA, but still love science, space, and science fiction (of course!).

Since then, I have run one marathon per year each year, along with several half-marathons and other races, including the Chicago Marathon twice. Like all (most?) marathon runners with a semi-competitive streak, I dream of running Boston someday, but at the rate I'm progressing that is not likely to happen until I'm in my 60's!
