After high school I attended International Business college in Ft. Wayne and completed a secretarial course. I became pregnant with my first child, and struggled a little with jobs for awhile. After my third child, I took an Intro to Machining course at Ivy Tech in Logansport. That was so fun! I ended up working at the Miami Indian office as a Tribal Enrollment coordinator and stayed there for a little over 6 years, until I got the job in Kokomo. I am single raising 3 children: Ages 18, 15 and 11. It's a struggle, but we're close. There's never a dull moment, let me tell ya! I have a rebel, a jock, and a bookworm all under the same roof and it can be pretty comical most days. My oldest, Heather, has been quite a handful and she gets lectured a LOT! I'm sure it's going in one ear and out the other, but one day it's going to stick. I'm hoping. My son, Chris ("the middle child"), is the man of the house...or, he thinks he is.
