Glenn Anderson:  

Life Glenn Anderson – Glenn is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of California Community Association Rules Enforcement (C.C.A.R.E.). Previously, he is a graduate of the Los Angeles Sheriff Academy. He is a veteran Deputy Sheriff who retired after nearly 15 years of service. During his law enforcement career, Glenn worked and lived in the same city where he grew up. As a 9 year veteran board member who responded to his own community association as a deputy sheriff, he gained a unique perspective as to the authority a common interest development has over its residents. That multi-angle perspective on the issue of governing document enforcement combined with his involvement in the Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving program directly contributed to his founding of C.C.A.R.E.. Glenn has worked directly with numerous association boards to develop, amend and/or design rules and regulations or fine schedules as well as enforcement strategies to meet their individual community enhancement needs. He has authored numerous articles related to governing document enforcement and due to his expertise was granted a national monthly column in Condo Management Magazine. I love life, have experienced a lot and know what makes me happy. No family can survive long term, if the adult companion relationship is not a priority, is not solid and well maintained.
