Glenn's Story

Life After I graduated from Clarke, I went to college. College at Cornell was the happiest time of my life (now is great, too). In 1985, I got my Bachelor's in Government. After a stint at law school, I decided to go back to graduate school to get my master's in Political Science at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. While there, I decided to pursue a career in academia...after all, why not be paid to be on campus, right? Be assured, it is better to GIVE the test rather than take it. I graduated with my MA in 1990. Immediately afterward, I entered the doctoral program at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. I got my Ph.D. in Political Science in 1995. nt in Louisiana, I finally got the academic job I wanted. In 1996, I was hired as an Assistant Professor at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA. I got tenure and a promotion to Associate Professor in 2002. While here, I have published two books and have done some consulting for the local media outlets. I am working on my third book now. I host a weekly call-in show on radio station KNSU and actively work with the athletics department. I live in Thibodaux, LA, a small southern town of about 18,000. It is located on Bayou Lafourche, about an hour south of Baton Rouge and an hour west of (what, before Hurricane Katrina, used to be) New Orleans. Currently, I am single and do not have any children.
