Glenn's Story
I attended Midlothian High School from 1976 to 1977 and would have graduated in Midlothian had Dupont not transferred my family to Delaware where I had to attend my last year of high school. I have been married since 1987 to a wonderful woman, and we have no children by choice. I work as an IT Tech Lead and live and attend church in Midlothian.
I attended Midlothian Junior High from 1973-1975. In 1976 and 1977, I worked in the King's Dominion rides department, which to this day still reigns as the most fun job I've ever had (too bad it didn't pay well enough to become my career).
I lived in Delaware for 13 years from 1977-1990, where I attended college at University of Delaware and worked for MBNA America for 7 years. After Delaware, my wife, Colleen, and I moved to Northern Virg...Expand for more
inia because of my job change. We moved again to Virginia Beach in 1992 due to a job change. Finally, we ended up in Richmond in 1994 where I accepted an IT position with Reynolds Metals and held that job until Reynolds was sold. Since 1999, I have worked for Capital One in their IT department.
From 1994 to 2005, we lived in Richmond's West End, but in 2005 we moved to the Charter Colony community in Midlothian where we feel more at home than ever. We are very active in our church, and I have been on two mission trips to Kirovo-Chepetsk, Russia that have helped me to grow in my faith.
Outside of my church activities, I am interested in fitness, music, movies, dining out, minor wood working, and creating DVD slideshows of pictures and videos of favorite vacations and mission trips.
