I attended Downey High for 10th and 11th grade. I left to try to enroll in Santa Fe High and go to school with my new girlfriend. But it did not happen; I tried to re-enroll at Downey but was denied. Vietnam during the 68 TET offensive. I got married in 68 and was in Vietnam in 68, married for 47 years before losing my beloved wife to cancer. I would like to find a photo from my yearbook to post here. I lost my yearbooks when a storage got flooded, and they were all damaged. And I don't really need to pay 80 bucks for a picture.
