Glenn's Story
Since leaving BHS I have served in the USAF and retired from the NC Air Guard in 94.
Became a volunteer firefighter in NC, was hired full time with the Charlotte Fire Dept electing to leave early to chase a dream as a chief fire officer.
Moved to NH and served as a Deputy Fire Chief and then a Fire Chief for a department in the lakes region.
Family illness had me move to PA and after a short while I became a career chief in a small combination department just west of the Phila area.

The last three years I have resided in the Helena Mt area and I am currently the Assistant Chief of Training for the HFD.
Life has been a ride, some smooth and some with potholes, but overall it has never been an experience I would not choose to pass up again.

I retired from the fire service on a full time basis. For the past six years I have been teaching for the National Fire Academy traveling across the US. Currently as I write this update I am in Hawaii teaching this week.
