Glenna's Story
THE Class of 1949 was the first class to go all four years at Burroughs High School. I Iived in Ridgecrest & we took the bus to the high school. Also, we had to have our history taken by the people who ran Nots Naval Ordanance Test (ing) Station since it was government ran & they issued us special badges to be able to enter the base to go to school there.

ll High School, everybody knew everybody else. The teachers were great...& the activities, including sports, proms, clubs, California Scolastic Federation., I was a cheer leader, Pep Club, Chorus, G,A,A President 2 & 4, & a bunch of fun things, also (page 31 of yearbook El Burro "49. ) I would be interested in hearing from anyone was there during the years of 1946 thru l950.
