William's Story
Retired since 2009, I was an Information Technology professional for 32 years. - Computer/Production Control Supervisor / Sr.Analyst and MCSE. I don't know why I ended up working with computers. I was a Political Science/History major in college. After college, I lived in Redondo Beach, Mt Shasta and Yuba City / Sacramento. I have two daughters and five grandchildren and was married for 26 years Sadly my wife passed away in 2011 from cancer after a several tough years of fighting the disease.. My wife, Anita, was a Speech and Language Pathologist for Yuba County and I miss her greatly....Expand for more
We traveled and experienced a wonderful life together . It is hard to figure out life after the loss of your wife,
I still play the the drums, but I'm getting too old for climbing/mountaineering.which were my favorite activities. I may start skiing again. I love to travel..
I went to Paris for Christmas and New Years 2014 with my youngest daughter, Anne, and her boyfriend, Gerald. We had a great time. Paris and Seattle are my favorite cities. I have been to Paris many times and I feel at home walking the streets. My mother was French. I feel as though I lived there in a past life.
