Gloria's Story
Love is wonderful the second time around. I have been married to my second husband for 6 years in whom I met while working at the Postal Service. I worked there as a clerk, a Postal Academy Instructor, and a Window Clerk Tech Supervisor until I retired after 25 years. I now enjoy leisure work as a Bridal Consultant at Macy's.
I have four beautful (children), three sons and a daughter. In my spare time me and my husband do a lot of traveling and cycling.
I tutor Mathematics and I am a mentor for high school age girls.
One of my most memorable feats was being...Expand for more
a Youth Leader for teens (ages 12 - 18 ) of seven churches with whom I was affliiated. This role involved being the Administrator over the seven church's Youth Directors (assistants); organizing programs, seminars, workshops; speaking at banquets, and church programs; establishing a Scholarship Fund for those teens graduating; and establishing a spiritual and emotional support system (through the aid of these adult assistants) of as many as 50 youths on average. Other than God, my marriage and being a mother, this has been the most rewarding experience of my life.
