Gloria's Story

Hi, I am Gloria . I am a graduate of Central Commercial. I graduated in 1963. When I first join Classmates My husband of 23 years had died in 1997. At the time I mentioned that I raise the last two sons then 26 and 30!! They are now 31 and 35. My other son then 40 is now 46! It has been 17 years since my lost; but, it has been 17 years of growth for me and my sons. Today two of the boys are married with their own children. One has three and the other has one. My 46 year old son will be getting married to a beautiful woman in Maryland in August 2014;and, they will share 4 wonderful girls. He has two and she has two!! And, they all are the same age. In all now I have 6 wonderful and beautiful grandkids, and will share two more soon . That makes for 8! God is so very good. As for me I am still working for the Federal Public Defenders Office. I have been with them now for 15 years.. I still am enjoying it. Since being a person who was a wife, mom and stayed at home; working is fun!! Not sure when I will decided to retire!! I'm having to much fun!! I am still single but enjoying life!! I have built a new home here in Ohio and I am enjoy...Expand for more
ing decorating it! It's been four months since closing and it's just about decorated. God has truly blessed me thus far and I know he has much more in store for me. Update! My first born son married a year ago August 2015! They now have a son and the very beautiful spirited lady he married had two daughters the same age as my sons two daughters! Yes, together now they have 5!! He has left the area and now lives in Maryland. Now I have nine grandkids and a new place to visit. God is so good. He has also put a very nice man in my life and it is going well. It will be one year June of 2016. Have a blessed journey in all you do. Life is a gift! UPDATE I am still enjoying my new relationship. Going on two years this June 2017. Still enjoying working with the F.P.D.'s office now 18 years. I now have nine grandkids and soon to have a new girl granddaughter in April. My son's are all doing well and I am truly blessed to be enjoying the life that God have made for me. I can never began to thank God for all the blessing's that he has bestowed to me in life. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY CLASSMATE FRIENDS. I WISH YOU ALL JOY, BLESSINGS, FAMILY AND LOVE!
