Alice's Story
Life
Many things change over the years, where highschool is only a faint memory. Rhode Island's Toll Gate is the school I think of as my own, though I graduated from East Providence in 1980.
I graduated from CCRI in 1990, Bridgewater State in MA in 1996, and the National Graduate School in Falmouth MA in 2001. I graduated with a Doctorate in Management at the University of Phoenix in July 2006.
College was great because it changed my life. I married a classmate from CCRI, Dale Gobeille in 1992.
My jobs changed over the years from Technician to Chemist to Manager to Global Quality Director. I've been to some exotic places like Beijing and Peking where I climbed the Great Wall of China and toured The Forbidden City. Been also to Milan, Warsaw, Paris, Mexico, and C...Expand for more
anada. Not to mention many cities in the US.
Duncan, South Carolina is now home, where I live on a golf course. My family is all grown up. My oldest son, Marc is 30 with beautiful 4 year old daughter Ana, Keith, a former US Marine, is 28 and married with a 8 year old son, Jack. Rita, my daughter, is 24 and graduated from Florida State University in 4/06 and attends UMass for her Masters in Physics, and my baby, Don is 22, a former Army, married and had a beautiful newborn son. Empty nest!
I recently started my own business, Stratagems, LLC. My company specializes in Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma. I also teach statistics and project management at two universities.
