Gordon's Story

The photo I have posted here is of the band I played with back in my Junior year at Salinas High School...... featured in this photo was Gene Bagget our drummer and Bill Gilliam our bassist and lead singer, two of the best friends I ever had...... the photo was taken in May of 1964 when we played the Senior Party for the Class of 196...Expand for more
4 in the Band Room at the high school...... the next morning Gene and Bill were on their way to Santa Cruz when they were both killed in a head on collision on the highway just out of Salinas...... I would like this photo to stand as a memorial to two very nice guys and talented individuals as well as best friends to anyone they knew.
