Gordon's Story
Life
I am currently retired due to injuries in the Military. I left for Iraq on June 18, 2007 with the California National Guard 40th Infantry Division LRSD (Long Range Surveillance Detachment). I returned after being injured on duty.
I had my own business, Gordon R. Holmes, Private Investigator, located in Sacramento California. The majority of my work was civil investigations.. I also did underwater investigations, fingerprint lifting and comparisons and criminal defense.

m retired from the State of California Franchise Tax Board. I was a Tax Auditor for 12 years. Prior to that I worked in the insurance industry for 12 years.
I volunteer with the Performing Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) you can see them at pawsweb.org. I help out at, open houses, etc. I am unable to do the heavy work I use to do with them.
Prior to Paws, I was a volunteer with the Drowning Accident Rescue Team for 12 years. I went on 687 rescue missions during the 12 years.
