Life
I left Miami in '83 to join the Navy and ended up spending many years operating the nuclear power plant on the USS Oklahoma City (fast attack sub). I got married in '86 to Karen Matthys (who I met on a blind date) while I was stationed in Chicago going to Navy schools. oved around a lot in the Navy days but got out after 10 years and have been in technical sales ever since. Moved back to (Central) Florida for good in '98 and I have started surfing again. I'm listed in the Orlando phone book and when the waves are breaking, I can be found on my longboard early on Sunday (or Saturday) morning just a couple of hundred yards South of the Cocoa Beach pier.
