Life
Recently divorced after being married for over 24 years. My ex-wife decided to have an affair and leave me for a guy she knew (but ignored completely) from her high school days - he's now a struggling low-life insurance salesman that lives in a town with 700 people in it. Oh well, I wish HIM all the luck in the world...trust me Mr. Scumbag, my ex is HIGH MAINTENANCE.
I have two two kids - a great son named David (23) and a wonderful daughter named Aubrey (18) who just started her freshman year at Temple University in Philadelphia..
I currently live in eastern PA - up in the Pocono mountains (at least that's what "they" call them anyway - the Austin Bluffs would qualify as "mountains" if they were in PA). We even have a ski area down the road. Just imagine the Broadmoor slope on steroids - 16 runs ...Expand for more
that survive the season with snow guns and the occasional "real" snowfall. A tilted ice skating rink.
That is all likely to change soon though - the only reason we came here is because this is where my ex-wife called home. I am hoping to sell the house we own and move back to Colorado in the very near future! Because that is MY home, and the kids both despise living where we are now, and their mother never bothers to see them anyway.
After retiring from the Air Force in 1999, I went to work flying for a company called Atlas Air, based in New York. I now fly 747 freighters (boxes don't complain like passengers :-)) and spend about half the month flying mostly international routes to every continent except Antarctica...but mostly Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Oh well, that's me in a nutshell....:-)
