Greg's Story
Life
It's been a long time since high school and I'm sure we have all been through a lot. I left Omaha in 1985 after spending a time working for a commercial beekeeper and going to UNO. Spent two years in germany in the army and then spent a summer in Idaho. After that I spent two years in culinary school in New York and became a chef and bounced around a few years cooking in New Jersey, Idaho, Montana and finally in Seattle WA (getting married along the way). At that point I decided I'd rather go back to school than open a restraunt and spent several years at the University of Washington in Seattle getting a degree in chemical engineering. t job working as a contract engineer for BP oil on the Prudhoe Bay oil field in Alaska. So now I live in Spokane WA and commute to Alaska for work. On a personal side my first wife and I had a daughter, who died shortly before her second birthday and my first wife and I divorced a year later. I'm now married again and had our first child in the fall of 2007. Life is good (most of the time) I can always be reached at greg_bruna at hot mail dot com
A quick update, my wife and I had our second (son) in December of 2009. I know, I'm getting a pretty late start on this "dad" stuff but it's still fun. I've been spending way too much time remodeling my house the last 7 years but we are almost done!
