Hi fellow Raiders..Currently my wife of 45 years (Cathy) and my two pups live in Port St. Lucie FL. Both of us are learning to enjoy retirement, but itâs a work in progress. Lived in 13 states over the years including 10 years in Alaska. Became a professional chef and some how fell into education where I have been running...Expand for more
some really good Culinary Schools around the country for most of my adult life. Wrote some books, did a little TV and enjoyed working with students, staff, and even customers. Cathy and I currently enjoy RVing and leave FL for cooler climates for about 4 months out of the year. No kids lots of pets.
