Watched the weather yesterday, seen North Dakota was the coldest spot in the country. Now today we are. Thankful for my new Fireplace with a blower.
15 lbs of taters riced mixed and in the frig. I have two grills two sticks one pastery board and one roller. Any one want to help me tomorrow. Ham hocks going on to boil, taters in the grinder. You know what that means.

While shopping for Thanksgiving supplies we found boneless skinless chicken breasts for 1.20 a LBS so we bought a case and canned it three canners. Running at one time. 14 qts 7 pints
