Greg's Story

Life Well, it's been since 1967 since I've seen anyone from Spring Woods High, not attending any reunions adds to the disconnect. I moved to California in 1967, attended college, then at 18 I caught the tennis bug. I have developed rapidly, and have been a tennis instructor, then got to the level to coaching on the ATP professional tour. I'm now in my 32nd year, spending 6 months each year in Europe traveling with players. At 55, I'm playing the senior tournaments in addition to coaching. I was married for 15 years to a lovely swedish woman, no kids; now I enjoy flying, diving, motorcycling, and dabble at acting in plays and writing music. pe, stopped by and toured Spring Woods, but did'nt have time to look anyone up. I hope to attend the 2007 reunion, and hopefully see some of my friends, and find them in good health and happy lives. There is one glitch in my past which never left me. Through the years at Spring Woods Jr. High, due to being bored and uninspired, my grades suffered, and even though I could have stayed with my class going to Spring Woods High, I was put back in 8th grade for an additional year, which shattered my spirit, and basically disconnected with my friends through embarrassment beyond belief. So, my yearbook photo was one year behind. But the dream of seeing my "original classmate peer group" is of interest to me. Greg
