I Moved to Atlanta in 1985 and worked at the Ritz Carlton until 1990 when I started Real Estate Appraising. I started my own appraisal company in 1994 and just sold it 6/2006 and moved to Navarre, FL. 995 and had to almost totaly rebuid the entire house. Then hit again by Hurricane Dennis in 1996. This time it wasn't so bad but still had to make a lot of repairs. Got tired of that and bought the North Lodge on Oakland Bed and Breakfast in Asheville, NC in 2008. Have been here slinging hash since then.
