Gregory's Story
Greetings Everyone!
How glad I am that such a website exists! I look forward to hearing from you!
I am presently living in Redford, Mi. Redford is a suburb of Detroit. I have lived in the Detroit area since 1972.
I was employed at Henry Ford Hospital for 42 years. I was on the nursing staff as a Hemodialysis Technician. I really enjoyed the direct patient care contact.
I also did new staff teaching/precepting as well as patient education.
Prior to this I was in Radiology.
I retired from Henry Ford Hospital in 2015.
I was also the director of a counseling/support group agency/ ministry for several years.
I still continue to do counseling on a part time basis. I have led and taught in various workshops, seminars and small groups.
I have done several short-term missions trips over the years in Romania, Kingston, Jamaica and Chiapas, Mexico. They were life-changing!
I have also done some extensive pleasure traveling for many years throughout the United S...Expand for more
tates and Canada including Hawaii and Alaska as well as to other countries such as England, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Japan, The Philippines, Puerto Rico, The Bahamas etc.
I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to experience these countries and respective cultures!
Some of my favorite activities/hobbies are traveling, reading, writing, attending concerts, plays and art festivals, photography, collecting stamps, coins and other foreign currencies, camping, cross country skiing and involvement in civic affairs.
I attended Gogebic Community College directly after graduating from high school. After locating to Detroit, I attended Wayne County Community College, William Tyndale College and Evangel Training Institute.
I have so many memories from our grade and high school days. It would be fun to reminisce together.
