School
Went directly from Vicksburg High to Michigan State University for 4 years. Earned a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management with a minor in French. Studied 6 months in France in '75/76; lived with a family while there. Met my wife while in France, she was part of the same group of American students. We returned to the States and eventually married!
Workplace

, I've been in my field which is Tourism. I've been in operations, marketing and sales for tour operators and tour wholesalers. The last 6 yrs, I've been the Regional Sales Manager for Universal Orlando Resort (formerly known as Universal Studios Florida) promoting the destination to travel agents, wholesalers and AAA Clubs. I work from a home-base office and love the independence and flexibility!
