Gwendolyn's Story
I was born in Brooklyn, NY, lived in Newark my entire adult life. I have three adult children six grands and two great grands. After South Side I attended Essex County College. I had a very long career with AT&T Corporation and retired after 35 years of service. I lived for a time in Columbus GA but returned to NJ to my roots and family. I have done some traveling and look forward to more in the future.
I'm a good listener and confidante but I sometimes over analyze a situation. I steer clear of nosy people and busy bodies, they bother me. I enjoy my own company, can be alone, but never lonely."
My interests include decorating,, reading, and cultural events. Music I like is R&B, light jazz. My all time favorit...Expand for more
e group is The Temptations. Also love Luther Vandross, and music of the 70's, 80's and 90"s, contemporary and traditional gospel. Some books I like are Drama and Who Done-its. Some movies I like include Gone With The Wind, anything Denzel, Samuel L. and Bradley Cooper. Some favorite T.V. shows I like include Grey's Anatomy, How to Get Away with Murder, HAHN, Politics Nation, Joy Reid, and The Rachel Maddow show and any good suspense movie...
