t age 12 1/2. I've taken up Beading and making jewelry. I'm also selling it on (TopHatters Auctions stopped 12/16)and perhaps Facebook too. Retail boutique in Kearney, Nebraska in fall-Winter 2017-18. It's fun and that's what I want. I want to live peacefully and be happy. I had a stroke 14 yrs ago and my entire life changed. I do know one thing I learned what priorities should be. Tell the people you Love that you Love them even if you hate them too !! Lol. And Laugh a lot !! Make each day one to smile about. Don't judge others, it's not your right. Judge yourself and your own actions and be the best you can be. But don't ever think God put you on earth to judge others because that's his job and you're not God !!! I hope anyone reading this knows that I am very blessed to have the life I have had and the experiences and friends growing up and now rekindled on Facebook. Our generation and growing up in San Jose and watching the birth of Silicon Valley and the ups and downs of that economy and now it's unbelievable. I've been gone 30 yrs and I can't believe it. My heart is still on the East Side and the old stomping ground that has changed so much. To all of you, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Happy Holidays !! Blessings from the Heartland !!! By the way......classmates, I'm not in the 1968 yearbook cause I was sick on picture day lol !!! Go to the 1971 Senior Year Book and look up Miriam "Mim” Haire. And I was also Head Letter Girl in 1971 too !! That's how I want to be remembered not how my poor health has rearranged my looks. Thompson Update: December 6, 2019 Life is slower now, I’m still making gemstone beaded jewelry and selling on line and in online actions. I’m very active on Facebook and Instagram. My beloved Dalmatian Miss P. Dotty AKC passed away at 14 this past July 21, 2019. It’s been 4 1/2 months and I’m looking for another Dalmatian pup now. There’s something very special about Dalmatians but you must Accept the fact that they need your time and devotion. If ignored or untrained you will have an uncontrollable wild child. Otherwise they’re perfect ! LMBO We’re still in the Apartment and doing our best to stay healthy just like everyone our age. We tend to be homebodies and yes we are still married... 39 years now....... Well, that’s about all the new there is here !! We’ve already had lot of snow and after a Spring and Summer of Flooding Over and over again we were looking forward to perhaps a calm Winter. I guess I didn’t convince Mother Nature she owed us a break back here !! Don’t know how the people can go through this year after year and the morning after a storm they’re out there cleaning up broken limbs and torn down buildings and laying more sand bags and it goes on and on.
