Hal's Story

After a 3 year stint in the army I worked for the Feds for 5 years and then went to work for Amoco Oil Co. in 1980. I was transferred to Texas City, TX in 1981 and just recently retired from BP/Amoco(May 08). Finally sold my house in Houston area in December and moved to my retirement home on Table Rock Lake in Branson ...Expand for more
area. My daughter is in Houston and my son is in Dallas. Having a hard time adjusting to winter weather again. I'm used to golfing in the winter. The hardest part is not going to work - lots of free time. I'm not used to that. The last 3 years of work I was getting about 2 days off a month, if that. The 3 years flew by.
