Life Married for 27 years (since: July 1, 1981) and pending+++ (Maureen); two adult sons (Adam & Aaron); Written "5"published books: "The Glory of God's Love", "The Splendor of God's Word!!!", "Study To Show Yourself Approved!!!", "Be Good! You Be Good!", "Real People, Real Questions, Real Answers", my sixth book due out late August 2008: "In Service To The Kingdom"... ***Founder of moadaron.com, AND I MISS ALL MY FLOOR MATES ON 5 HIGH WEST HOLMES HALL!!!!!!! Worked for MDEM (Missouri Delta Ecumenical Ministry) in the bootheel of Missouri. Worked with the Federal Government for six years. Worked for DRS (Disabled Resource Services) in Fort Collins, Colorado. Pastored several churches, youth minister and assistant pastor, preach nationwide; write Christian articles, and have done Christian radio, etc. Involved in the SPIRITUAL and SOCIAL GOSPEL as pastor, social worker, and counselor...***Presently Hospice Chaplain for Best Home Health and Hospice... I blow off steam by taking a drive by myself. Watch television or be in the mountains next to a stream with white water rambling and just listening to nature... My childhood hero was Davy Crockett, STILL THINK HE'S "THE MAN". But my inspiration comes from my LOVE relationship with JESUS CHRIST!!! I LOVE His word the Holy Bible!!!!!!! ***Yes I'm Born Again, but I'm not a nut case, just a sincere, genuine believer... The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Kris Grabowski, because I'd like to know she is doing well. I pray for her often.. I really enjoy the responses from the judges on American Idol, and America's got talent, especially from the English judges. They can be very harsh, but they are very funny! LOVE the Detroit Red Wings and the Tigers need all our prayers. I really like dogs as pets, its sad they do not live as long as us humans, but I like most animals. *Roaches (the insects) are the only things I do not like... If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the exterior to look like a beautiful Log Cabin and add on a indoor swimming pool. My dream home would be a real Log Cabin house in the woods, but with all the modern conviences.. I'm far more selfish than I thought. It takes a family to really understand what selflessness ia all about. I really pray I have been a good father. P...Expand for more
erhaps what my youngest son Aaron (25) said to me was one of my greatest moments, when he said: "I know what unconditional LOVE is because of you", meaning me! That was awesome, I hope he knew what he was talking about... If I won $100 million, I'd give at least 10% of it to God's service, then spend the rest on bills, Family and those "I" honestly thought I could help. Five High at MSU was fantastic for me!!! Co-ed floor, it helped me at least talk to women. Some of my most enjoyable memories are with my fellow floor members!!!!!!! My current age is 54. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be really old. I was so completely wrong we may get older, but I think much the way I did when I was 12, 15, 18. I'm not childish, but I'm child-like.. Just to serve God as HE wants me to!!! My best friend would tell you I'm a good person, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as FAT!. Military clothing an occasional professional sports jersey, suits when necessary, just regular clothes. I share my home with all, which I find scarry at times but the right thing to do!. Yes God has honored me, but I do not find it necessary to talk about. ***My two sons and my wife are my LOVES... In 10 years, I hope to be a better person than I am right now. I'm going to get there by doing the best I can and by the grace of God. Fred Tarleton, we met in Seminary 1980. I don't know how we clicked, he put up with me and I put up with him. ***We both LOVE Jesus Christ, He's the glue that binds!!! We both married within months of each other in 1981, both married women from our Church: Chapel Hill Church of the Nazarene. we're both maddly in LOVE with our wives, though his wife went home to be with the Lord in 2007. We both are not perfect, but thats ok... My first job was at the Ram's Horn Steak Resturant, where I got paid 50 cents an hour to make salad in the basement alone and by myself. What I remember most about it is it cost me more to get to work, than I got paid in 6 hours. When I was being beaten by a neighborhood bully, 10-15 kids all watching and NO ONE CARED ENOUGH TO HELP... I always wanted to be a professional baseball player when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a unrealistic idea. As it turns out, they were right.
