Harold's Story
Somehow I made it into college being a bookkeeping major at Grant. One of two males that were business majors at Grant. Went to CSUN for two years and moved up to Marin County and graduated from Golden Gate University. Didn't even have a football team. Went to work for the County of Marin as an auditor. Got married and had two boys. Moved back to LA and got my CPA license. Worked in firms that were business managers . 2003. My wife past away and I moved to Newport Beach.. Maintained my friendship with Stan Postar until he died a little over a year ago.
Sad to hear about stabbing at Grant lately in the news. Feel really lucky that we had the music that we had growing up. Beats the hell out of music the kids are playing today. I think I am sounding like my parents. Saw Micky Dolenz in concert a couple of years ago and he was running up and down the stage performing. He must had taken better drugs than I did in the 60s and 70s. Go Lancers
