Harriet's Story
1967 to 2015....
I've been married 43 years to husband Richard (from southern Colorado) who I met as a freshman at the U of Colorado, Boulder. We have two children, Matt (age 33) and Mary (age 32). Matt is married and has a lovely daughter, Mikayla... now 18 months old. What a delight!
After graduating with a music major from CU and getting married in Dec. 1971 Rich and I moved to Torrance, CA. We moved back to the Boulder CO area in 1973 and for 20+years I was the administrator of the ...Expand for more
Dept. of Computer Science at CU in Boulder. For fun during our years in Colorado I sang in the Colorado Symphony Orchestra chorus. We moved to the Seattle area in 1996 and I have been a contracts/grants administrator in the Dept. of Medicine at the University of Washington since then. Retirement is just around the corner, though, in early 2016.
