I am married with 2 kids--my daughter will be 12 in February and my son will be 9 in March (2008). My husband and I live in Central Florida. We are looking forward to the reunion in 2008. I hope to see you all there! I can't wait to catch up!
My history since HCA:
After graduation from Highlands in 1995, I moved to Clearwater, Florida for college in the fall of '95 and never really moved back to South Florida. I completed some college, then pursued a preschool teaching career. I got married and then was blessed with my son, Alex in March 1999. Three years later, I got divorced.
Six months later, I was blessed to meet my current husband, Harvey. He had a child named Alex too-a daughter. So, we are living happily ever after in Central Florida. My daughter Alex is 11 and my son Alex is 8.

hool while my kids attended a Christian school similar to Highlands, but am now a stay at home Mom. This enables me to spend more time and patience with my OWN children and not just the 11 kids I had during the school week. I do miss it, though. Maybe in a few years, I will go back to teaching--who knows!
I know we are right where God wants us. We have become involved in a local church where our kids attend AWANA as I did when younger. Our kids attend public school, but they are "A" schools, so I couldn't be more pleased. Since I stay home, I get to chaperone all of the coolest field trips!
Harvey works for the city, so we plan to stay put until he retires. We love our neighborhood and have made lots of friends. That comes in handy, since all of my family lives at least 2-3 hours away, although we visit them often.
