Workplace
After retiring from the Navy, I joined Lockheed Martin as a Principal Systems Architect/Analyst. I have enjoyed working on various DOD projects including the new Virginia class submarine, U.S. Strategic Command - Command and Control Center, Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, and modeling and simulation laboratories. Living in Gulfport, I am currently under contract with NASA at the new NASA Shared Services Center located at Stennis Space Center as an IT PM and Federal Enterprise Architect. y. As a result of my job and personal desires, I travel extensively across the US always trying to see something I have not seen.
Military
After leaving GEHS, I enjoyed a successful 30 year career in the U.S. Navy; achieving all my goals and retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer. During my career I experienced opportunities of a life time, i.e. visiting over 40 countries and living overseas for 16 years in such places as Morocco, Spain, and Iceland. I was able to tour (to name a few)Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, England, France, Iceland, Greenland, Egypt, Turkey, and Israel visiting such places as Dead Sea, Casablanca, the North Pole, and just so much more. When I retired I certainly left a part of me behind.
