Hawley's schools include Parchment High School, Franklin High School. Hawley later attended Western Michigan University (Marketing/Economics) . Hawley works(ed) at Self, Self.

More about Hawley:"I get a kick out of seeing other rise above and begin to understand what it means to lead and how to lead. Too many people in leadership positions are just managers, but they do not realize it. I teach people to think rather than just act in a prescribed way(painful process in some organizations). I have found that excellence is its own reward and I wish to be instrumental in teaching others that philosophy".
