Connie's Story

Since graduating that rainy night at Grant High School June 1968, I have really lived a full life. I married in 1970 to a guy I met while he was serving in the Air Force. He was raised in Tennessee and I just couldn't resist that great accent. June 22, 1972 we had our son Sean. of 4. I had several different jobs and lived in a few different states before finding my true calling. I worked 18 years as an elementary school librarian while raising the kids. They have since married and given us 5 beautiful blessings we call grandchildren. Life has brought many challenges and health issues but all in all it's been pretty wonderful.
