Heather's Story
Life
My name is Heather Christine Hoff and I moved to Mooresville when I was 3 years old. After living there for 22 years, I decided to buy a house in Plainfield. I felt it was time to venture out into the great world....I really do enjoy just hanging at home by myself and watching TV. My hobbies are: singing karaoke when I can, hanging with friends, etc. I am a pretty easygoing person and make friends easily. I never thought that I had to be a really popular person in high school to be a good friend, but being popular didn't always look bad, especially when I was a shy person all the time. I have definitely overcome my shyness. I hope someday to get married, have children, have a singing career, and travel the world.
School
Most of my High School days consisted of being in choir. As a Freshman, I was involved in Mixed Genesis. As a Sophomore, I was involved in the Jr. Varsity Showchoir Millennium. As a Junior and Senior, I was involved in the ladies' Showchoir Finesse and was named Outstanding Vocalist. I also played softball for the Mooresville Girls Softball League. I also just loved hanging with my friends and chilling out at home. High School was a blast for me: making friends and just having a good time and I would do it ov...Expand for more
er again if I could.
College
My college life was pretty simple: go to class and go home, since International Business College wasn't exactly a huge school. There were field trips and picnics, and also lifelong friendships with students and instructors. I was selected as Student of the Term and was also on the Director's List. It was a great experience and I will never forget it.
Workplace
After having a few temporary jobs, I finally found my full time job. It's a job and doesn't take rocket science to do, but it is a very important one. I am an employee in the Return Goods Center for CNH in Lebanon, IN where I do various jobs including: Quality inspection, Receiving, Returning rejected parts back to the dealerships, Printing return tickets to send to the dealer, as well as grief functions (inventory adjustments and other tasks). I have been employed with them for almost 14 years (11 months were temporary until getting hired on in May of '05, then CNH took back over the business in 2007) and really enjoy working there. The drives are long, but I feel I have established a good working ground and really don't want to mess it up. Of course, there is always the few people who don't get along, but other than that, it is a really great job.
