Heather's Story
Life doesn't always turn out the way you expect. Boy, isn't that an understatement. I had always been very active. I wanted to own my own dance studio 1 day. Excersising everyday was the norm. That was until I contracted an autoimmune disorder, fibromyalgia. I've learned patience with my body isn't my strong suit but gratitude for what I have is. I'm an even better listener now. I take piles of supplements to keep my body as healthy as possible. And I don't give up. I may be slower, but I'm the little engine that could.
