Omg, this was the weirdest movie. Mad scientist makes a human-animal hybrid female that is part bird, bat, amphibian, scorpion....LOL....was like a train wreck I could not stop watching.

I just tried this new energy shake and I like it. It is more expensive than the protein powder I get at Trader Joe's but I have only been using one scoop rather than two so the price is about the same of me buying two tubs

I have been binging on Mind Hunters on Netflix. Thanks Mike Jones. The performance of Kemper and Son of Sam is mesmerizing, Kemper especially. Really good show. I love the seventies outfits and decor too.
