Heather's Story
Let's see...after graduating from Woodstock Academy, I went to Boston College, where I got a BA in Political Science. Going against everything I had planned out for my professional future since the age of 12, I decided my senior year at BC that I did not want to be a lawyer after all. 1996 after getting a job with CMP Media (now TechWeb). I have been with the company for over 12 years and am currently the Managing Editor of Research for InformationWeek. Who knew after suffering through AP calculus that I would be crunching numbers for a living?!
My husband, John, and I got married in 2005. We have a daughter, Zoe, who will be 2 years old in December (I was married previously, but that marriage - i.e., my ex-husband - isn't worth mentioning).
