Heather's Story
After graduation, I left for upstate New York August 1989 to attend Word of Life Bible Institute for one year. I then transferred my credits and attended Western Baptist College (now Corban College) in Salem, OR, and graduated May 1993. A good friend from college and I were at a Tacoma Tigers (Rainers) game August 1993 and met our future husbands there (who happened to be brothers, so now said friend is my sister-in-law). ed December 1995 to Matt (who graduated from Peninsula 1982), and we now have our awesome twin boys (Michael and Erickson) born 2001, and another wonderful son (Zane) born 2005. I worked until almost halfway through my pregnancy with Zane, then opted to be home with my boys. I homeschooled the twins for Pre-K, but for Kindergarten and 1st have gone to a Christian school in Graham, WA. The Lord has truly blessed me and my family.
