Heidi's Story

Life Well, Here I am, living in Oakland. I teach 5th & 6th graders in Hayward. Even though I always wanted to teach, it's been a long strange trip to get here. I was working in publishing after I got my Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science and Anthropology. I've travelled to the UK, Singapore, and Malaysia. it's great. My hubby and I have a wonderful, honest, open, stable relationship. I'm very interested in sustainable community and culture (ecological and social sustainability.) I also have a few ideas for books I'd like to write. No kids yet, maybe in the next few years if I end up moving out of the city. Would love to hear from old friends! Hugs!
